MAT 234 - D1 (CRN 44476): Elementary Differential Equations (Spring 2010)
 

Text: Differential Equations and Boundary Value Problems: Computing and Modeling,
4th edition, by C. H. Edwards & D. E. Penney, Prentice Hall, 2008.

Grading: Quizzes (10%): Best 5 of 6 (or so), given with at least one class day's notice.
Exams (60% or 40%*):  March 3, April 7, and May 3.
Final Exam (30% or 50%*):  Cumulative - Monday, May 17 AND Wednesday, May 19
                                                                            with the Take-Home part due Friday - May 21.
 
            * The Final Exam grade, if higher than your lowest Exam grade, will replace the lowest Exam grade.

            Make-up exams may be given by special arrangement in advance, otherwise the Final Exam grade will be used in it's place (see above).
            Note: No grade of "W" will automatically be given by me!!  If you desire a "W,"  you must process a withdrawal form that is signed by me!!!
